In the case of the roses headband, you can make them yourself!. Grab a few fabric scraps you might have lying around, cut them into rather thin strips. Fold one around itself, creating a spiral shape. Glue or sew the bottom. You can burn the edges for a few seconds and they will shrink a bit, creating a nice effect. Adjust as you like!
